How many of you you have purchased a CD, Movie, or anything based strickly on it’s packaging?
I would guess the answer is most of us have. Being in the gift product industry for so many years I have even seen packaging take on the role of the product. The humorous packaging giving the customer far more entertainment than what was actually sold in the box. I think also most of us agree that a creating some sort of custom packaging for your product or service is never a bad thing. I realize not a lot of start up companies have the extra cash to invest in something that is not 100% necessary, but I also believe in presenting yourself as serious as you want to be taken by others. So take that extra step and see how you could be creative with your packing while staying within your budget.
